Gabu Chocolate is running a chocolatier pop-up in Gabriel’s Wharf this winter, selling bespoke artisan chocolate. Lisette Davis from Gabu Chocolate creates unique chocolates she handmakes from authentic Caribbean beans.
Gabu Chocolate recognises the current supply chain in chocolate is controversial and sometimes unethical, and Lisette is passionate about her products being traced directly from Caribbean origin with no slavery in the supply chain. All cocoa is friendly and Lisette has visited all estates that Gabu Chocolate work with in the Caribbean.
