Versatile Meeting Spaces
Our meeting spaces are flexible and suitable for a wide range of activities; from seminars, training courses, and board meetings, to large conferences and product launches, we can work with you to deliver your event successfully.
Professional event planning
Our experienced event coordinators will guide you through your booking experience, and discuss with you how best to deliver your event requirements.
In-house technology
Our rooms are self-contained and equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities. While we do not have on-site technicians, our ICT support team is available to assist where possible. We strive to provide professional and responsive support to help ensure your event runs successfully.
Should you require additional support throughout your event, there is the option to hire an AV Technician for the day. Please speak with your sales coordinator about this option.
Central location
Situated just a few minutes’ walk from Waterloo station, the centre has excellent transport links to rail, river, road, and bus connections. Whilst we encourage travel by public transport, there is a secure underground car park adjacent to the centre.

Our Opening Hours
We’re here to welcome you Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, with our Roof Terrace opening until 19.00 in the Summer months.
The centre is closed outside these times.
