Anne Biggs

CSCB Chair

Anne has been a board member since September 2023. Director of the Jewel in the Strand, a large-scale heritage project, she has worked at various cultural organisations including the Philharmonia, Historic Royal Palaces, and English National Ballet. Anne is also on the board of Teatro Vivo, providing theatre where it's least expected. Previously, Anne was on the board of the Freud Museum, mentored through Mentoring Pathways, was an Enterprise Advisor within the Mayor of London’s Enterprise Network, and a Management Committee member of Angelshed, an inclusive theatre company.

James Boyson

CSCB Vice Chair

James has been a Board member since September 2022. James is a psychotherapist and strategic consultant, specialist in operating model design, transformation and organisational change. James is a local resident, with a long-standing commitment to local communities and representation, creativity and mental wellbeing.

Iain Tuckett

CSCB Secretary

Iain is Group Director of Coin Street and a local resident. Between 1975 and 1984, Iain led the campaign for the then derelict 13-acre ‘Coin Street site’ on London’s South Bank to be used for housing, workshops, a riverside park, and leisure uses rather than the proposed development of over 1 million square feet of offices.

Iain has overseen all property developments on the Coin Street site, including Oxo Tower Wharf, 220 social rent homes for 4 housing co-operatives, the Coin Street neighbourhood centre, Bernie Spain Gardens, and the completion of the South Bank riverside walkway.

Under Iain’s leadership, Coin Street Community Builders has worked closely with its neighbours to establish South Bank Employers’ Group in 1991, South Bank Partnership in 1995, South Bank Business Improvement District in 2014, and South Bank & Waterloo Neighbours (SoWN) in 2015. Iain was a founder member of the Development Trusts Association (now Locality) and played an active part in the formation of Social Enterprise UK.

Iain was also a founder member of the Thames Festival Trust and is a founder member and trustee of Jubilee Gardens Trust, which completed the relandscaping of the park between the London Eye and Royal Festival Hall in 2012.

Kfir Yefet

CSCB Board Member

Kfir has been a board member since April 1999. Kfir is a psychotherapist and local resident, with a long-standing commitment to local communities, representation, creativity and mental health.

Michael Adenmosun

CSCB Board Member

Michael has been a board member since September 2021. Michael trained as a chartered surveyor and has over 20 years’ experience covering a range of property disciplines and leadership roles. Michael currently works for Sainsbury’s, where he is a member of the Property Leadership Team and heads up the mixed-use development team, which is responsible for repurposing existing property assets to deliver new homes, modern retail spaces, and new public open spaces. Before joining Sainsbury’s, Michael worked for Jones Lang Salle, Marconi and the Valuation Office Agency.

Rob Smith

CSCB Board Member

Rob has been a Board member since December 2011. Rob is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, formerly Senior Partner of Davis Langdon & Seah, a global practice of Construction Cost and Project Management Consultants.

Scott Rice

CSCB Board Member

Scott has been a board member since February 2010. Scott is a medical doctor and local resident.

George Ellis

CSCB Board Member

George has been a board member since September 2025. George is Head of Managed Workspace and M&A Director at British Land. 

Bamike Sawyerr

CSCB Board Member

Bamike has been a board member since September 2025. Bamike is an ACCA-qualified accountant and MBA graduate with over 20 years of experience in financial management, treasury, and governance. 

Sarah Redshaw

CSCB Board Member

Sarah has been a board member since September 2025 after stepping down as People Director at WaterAid UK after nearly 10 years, working to transform millions of lives by providing clean water.

Sarah worked at Unilever and Nestle, enjoying coffee, chocolate and ice cream. After starting in finance, Sarah moved into HR and never looked back. Sarah is passionate about developing organisations, teams and individuals.

Sarah says it is a privilege to join Coin Street and continue working for an organisation with a social purpose and the local community at its heart.

Sarah has volunteered in rural Tanzania with Raleigh International, and outside of work you will find her in the gym, at the theatre or walking the dog.

Mary Clegg

CSCB Board Member

Mary has been a board member since September 2025. She brings over two decades of senior leadership across the charity, NHS and membership sectors, including a national CEO role and current post as interim Chief of Staff at Lloyds Bank Foundation. Her strengths lie in organisational strategy, financial stewardship and change management, underpinned by a commitment to social equity. She joined the Coin Street board because its blend of community-led development and neighbourhood renewal reflects her values and expertise. She hopes to support sustainable growth and help ensure Coin Street continues delivering genuine, lasting benefit to its local community.

Issa Issa

CSCB Board Member

Issa has been a board member since March 2025. Issa is a community leader in North Lambeth who arrived here as a young Somali-British refugee. Issa was Lambeth Council Deputy Cabinet Member for Planning Strategy, Investment and Housing Delivery until May 2025. Issa is Chair of the Black Prince Trust and a local resident.

Julien Haye

Independent Chair of Audit & Risk Committee

Julien joined Coin Street in October 2024. Julien is a strategic risk advisor who advises boards, executives, and founders when risk becomes strategic, contested, or decision-critical. Julien is the author of The Risk Within, a book which examines how culture, fear, and silence influence risk outcomes and organisational decision-making.
