Escape the bustle of the West End this Easter and experience something different at Gabriel’s Wharf.

Gabriel’s Wharf is a riverside shopping and dining destination on London's South Bank. We offer design-led shopping, from jewellery and fashion to affordable artwork, as well as a wide range of cuisines; including delicious gourmet pizzas, colourful Caribbean lunches, and hearty toasted sandwiches. There is really something for everyone in this unique pocket of the South Bank.

Three new promo videos, directed by filmmaker Jonah Wyn Pugh, offer an exciting insight into three of our remarkable artisans at Gabriel’s Wharf:

X by Matt Foster London

X by Matt Foster London offers one-off pieces of bespoke, handmade jewellery created in-store.

Matt Foster has been creating bespoke jewellery for a wide range of clients over the past 15 years and has just recently joined us at Gabriel’s Wharf.

For Matt, jewellery is a beautiful thing as it often marks extremely significant points in people’s lives.

When Matt is approached with an inherited piece of jewellery or a stone, he works with each client to respectfully create a piece that honours the memory and story of the jewellery’s past. He then takes that through its new life as a bespoke piece.

Matt tell us that it's an honour to create such meaningful pieces for people, and to see the joy that his jewellery brings to his clients. Experience that joy for yourself, and commission some handmade jewellery for you or a loved one this Spring.

Southbank Printmakers

Southbank Printmakers have been at Gabriel's Wharf for 22 years.

As they are a co-operative, this unique gallery is made up of 40 independent, established artists, who all work in their own studios on many kinds of printmaking.

There’s a wide variety of styles and techniques used including etching, linocut, woodcut, wood engraving, lithography, screen-printing, and mono-printing. Their gallery prides itself on the diversity and quality of its handmade prints.

As the gallery in Southbank Printmakers is frequently re-hung and the exhibitions change every two months, there is always a new print in the gallery that has just been made by one of their artists.

Why not pop by and browse through their original limited edition artworks? Ranging from smaller detailed figurative pieces and quirky cards, to larger colourful abstracts, we’re sure there’s a piece that will catch your eye.

Southbank Printmakers are open 7 days a week, so come on down to see some beautiful prints and a friendly face.
