Individuals and groups from all over the UK and the world come to visit us to find out about our organisation and to see what we have achieved and how; and also to hear about our future plans.  

We are pleased to offer a presentation that covers the history of the area, the creation of Coin Street Community Builders, the development to-date and current activities, wider South Bank development, and future plans.  The presentation is followed by a question and answer session and then a walking tour of the Coin Street site.   We can accommodate up to 25 individuals (although smaller groups are recommended) in our Mallside meeting space at Oxo Tower Wharf.  The visit lasts approximately one and half hours and costs from £350+VAT.

Additionally, we can provide more bespoke presentations for individuals and groups with an interest in a particular aspect of our work or who would like to develop our standard presentation into something more bespoke. 

The CSCB team have built up a wealth of knowledge about social enterprise, development, co-operative housing, managing workspaces and the public realm.  We are often invited to take part in seminars, conferences and workshops where our expertise and experience complement the programme and wherever possible are pleased to be involved.
