Michèle Oberdieck

Coin street - textiles, cushions by Michele Oberdieck,

Michèle’s beautifully considered, hand-dyed, and hand-printed organic imagery is translated onto silks, wools and linens available by the metre, or fashioned into luxurious one-off garments such as fitted jackets, kimono style dress-coats, silk obi wrap shirts and dresses, and puff sleeve smock tops.

Innovative fabric can be commissioned for blinds, curtains, or fused in glass, feature walls, shower doors, table tops or artwork. Her fabric fused into a glass splash back was shortlisted for the Wesley Barrel Craft Award in 2008.

Diamonds are...
"... like an exquisite piece of hand printed textiles, but not as soft, as these luxurious silk satin scarves …” Beautifully, considered ethereal silk satin scarves, and clothes to adorn oneself, and ones home.
