Introducing the new ‘Get Reading’ project at the Coin Street neighbourhood centre.  This project will be running across the centre encouraging everyone to pick up a book, enjoy stories and build literacy and communication skills. There will be activities in the nursery, family support sessions, in youth clubs and local schools.

A place to relax, a chance to make friends and a fresh way to share reading.
At this new group at the South Bank Centre you don’t have to read anything in advance, and everything is read aloud each week. Just drop by and enjoy listening to and talking about stories and poems. Refreshments are provided.

Girls club

Tuesdays from 16 April
6.30-9pm
Coin Street neighbourhood centre
FREE. Just turn up.

The girls will be working towards their Bronze Arts Award and on a youth magazine. Perfect for budding editors and journalists. Find more information on the Girls club here.
